Are there any limitations preventing me from working with other companies?
Nutrition Billing will have an exclusive agreement with the Tax ID you sign up with. This means you are still allowed to bill through other companies using their Tax ID.
Can I get my credentialing completed through a different company, or do it myself but still use your company for billing purposes?
Yes. You can complete some or all of your credentialing through a different avenue and still use our company for billing services. We are happy to help facilitate that process.
Can I do my credentialing through your company and do billing on my own or through a different company?
No. Nutrition Billing is primarily a billing company that assists with other tasks, like credentialing, when you are doing your billing with us. We offer lower fees than the average credentialing company because it’s an added service for our clients.
I have a dual license or credential, such as IBCLC, CNM, or LSW. Would Nutrition Billing be able to do my billing for these other credentials?
Yes. We would be happy to. We do billing for a variety of other provider types.
What is the length of the contract?
We use one-year contracts, but don’t worry—there are no monthly fees. If you need to step away from your practice for a bit, you can leave everything exactly as it is without any extra steps.
